Did this brand existed for more than 10 years?
Is that a bird at the front of the vehicle?
It could be. If it is, it's not typical of this brand and vintage. Later cars from this company did feature mascots, but not usually shaped as birds.
Is the brand name one word?

Is the brand name one word?
If one excludes the words "Company" and "Automobile"; yes.
Another picture of this automobile has been making the rounds on the internet lately, that is accompanied by some misinformation, including the year it was built.
Franklin?
1913?
Older
1911?
Older
1908?
newer
On my way. Give me 3 more hours then you can unlock it :) Thanks
Franklin Torpedo, 1910 built for Ralph Hamlin
Interesting!
I have a picture of this car taken before 1910, with a caption attributing its ownership to a much better-know individual. As I said, pictures of this car indicating the incorrect (later) year are relatively easily found
