Yep

1904 Welch Motor Car Company Four-Cylinder Car with side entrance Pullman limousine body. The Welch Motor Car Co. Pontiac, Michigan 1904-1911. Successor to the The Chelsea Mfg. Co. Chelsea, Michigan, 1903-1904. Welch moved production to Detroit from 1909 to 1911. Begininning in their penultimate year of production, Welch was owned by General motors. Before the brand was phased out in 1911, some of the components were shared with GM's Ranier brand cars.
