I have found it as ACL Teilhol vehicule experimetal year 1971. Two electric engines with plumb/acid batteries. Metal structure and  polyester laminated shell. 2,6 m legth.

Probably, as Teilhol created ACL to make the Rodeo. The name Teilhol was then applied to voitures-sans-license.
