Although based on a 1944 VW Kuebelwagen weren't there also parts from various other cars used too? IFA?

Hans was built in 1958 on a 1944 Kübelwagen chassis. The body consists of a wooden skeleton, on which a sheetmetal body was applied, which was welded together from small sheets. The car was driven until 1968, when it was planned to be converted into a wagon, a project that failed because of the rear engine.
