I found this pic in 2 different places with 2 different names.
The other was said to be a Czeck KdF Spezial.
There is a different view of this car in a book but it's called an "unknown Czechoslovakian-built roadster".
It shares some lines with the Kubinsky.

I found this on my HD - it appears to be the KdF based Kastle of 1949.
The caption perhaps shows that it was built by Kavky & Zabehlicich.

It must still have ran across czech streets at least around 1970-1975 considering the clothes of the persons in your photo.
