While looking for answers, I wandered onto Swedish pages and now I ordered a book on Swedish coachbuilders :) Back to this puzzle. Was this car built in 1927?

1931 Model 97 Willys 2 Door Cabriolet with a Hojer (Danish) body. Engine Number 7213; Body Number 3185
The chassis, wheels and hood are 1931 Model 97 but the radiator is 1932 Model 6-90.

Better quality picture. The car was bodied by J.H. Jensen (later Jensen & Sųn) from Hųjer in Denmark. It's the same company that was behind the Lancia Dilambda with a Danish body seen in a other puzzle at this site.
