Im not sure but, could be a Ford Vedette coupe by Pichon Parat? I think the coachbuilder is Pichon Parat because its rear window in three parts that reminds me the vedette sedan by Pichon Parat.

Well done, that's exactly what it is. Pichon-Parat restyled several different Vedettes and this is just one of them.
