Looks like a british car with a french body.

Maybe a Bentley with a Kellner body?

I chose the earlier date as my source told me that the coachbuilder ceased in 1925.
Perhaps this was one of the last bodies produced by them.......

Very interesting.

I think it will soon be time to sort out these Pre-WWII coachbuilders as there is a lot of misleading information out there!
