I am kind of amazed that it took so long for us to find this car. Anyway, I am never sure what is meant by "complete answer" but I will give you what I have.
The For Sale ad says that it is a 1969 Winkelmann/Palliser Formula B but I am not 100% convinced that it is. The tub is slimmer than the FB and looks more like a Formula Ford that has been pressed into service. It also looks newer than 1969 to me.
But, I will go with the ad I guess.

Here is the ad:
I'm posting this for my dad. It's already running in a few different publications. Hard to beat a deal like this...

1969 Winkelmann (Palliser) Formula B Twin Cam, with and without wings. Can be run as a true monoposto FB or later F2. Low time Vegher engine fresh from head and valve work. 2 sets wheels very fast car, many podiums and checkers. New front hubs, brake masters and fresh brake rebuild. Car has been well prepared by Brad Pierce and is race ready with spares. My son won't fit in it so I need to get him a bigger car. I have owned and raced the car for many years and have beaten many Brabhams which cost 2 to 3 times more! Asking $ 57,500 or best offer. You cannot find a better car for less money!

For info & photos call Chris Ronson

Sorry, I have some minor problems to get access to my archives.
Hope everything will be fixed quickly.  :-\

I know you don't want links put in here so here is the first line of the Palliser/Winklemann website:

"Welcome to the Palliser/Winkelmann Registry website!"

Allemano

Okay, don't want to be too pedantic, but I had this as the Palliser Winkleman.
Maybe it's only a mistranslation — I don't know..

BTW: linking is indeed prohibited, but you can always PM in cases like that.

woodinsight

Correct spelling is Winkelmann
I can supply more info if required
