There doesn't appear to be much information available on F.N. as far as I can see.
This one might be hard to solve.....

Let me guess at an FN Type 1400?
Coachwork if it is Belgian - perhaps Gybels?

That's not the model and not bodied by Gybels.
Bodied by another Belgian coachbuilder - Not obscure.

I've narrowed it down to two possibles - the Type 2200 (16CV) built 1926-1930 or the Type 1625 (?CV) built 1931-1932.
I'll go for the Type 2200.....
