These puzzles featured cars with "colorful" names. This puzzle is a continuation of that. (How I missed this one before, I do not know.)
For one point: Give the "colorful" make name!
Experts?
I know this one shouldn't be that hard, but... Pros?
That's a Patterson-Greenfield of an undetermined vintage, probably 1915.
Good work!
BTW, my information has the car as being made between 1916-18.
Upon finding this thread in Autopuzzles, for a split second I felt a bit uneasy by what I thought was some political incorrectness :o. The marque Patterson-Greenfield is notable for being the first automobile manufacturer owned by an African-American, Frederick Douglas Patterson, so the use of the words "color car" and "colorful" raised some flags. Then I realized that the "colorful"thing just refers to the Greenfield in the name. Whew!
