JC WhatIsIt - Spartan

For one point, identify this car. Should be easy enough.

That is a Spartan.  A kit car originally based on Triumph running gear but later using Ford Cortina as a donor.  All in all there were around 400 sold in the UK

I didn't find the Spartan before, so I posted it.

Spartan by name but spartan by name it was not...........it was quite a refined and well developed kit car

Amazed that this one hadn't appeared before!  Interesting to note that it was sold in Germany as the Herdman Spartan, in the Netherlands as the Nova Spartan, and was the base for the French Lardot as well.
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.
