Title: PAFW Fun #25 - The Offenhauser workshop and staff, 1937

I agree with the chap in the picture: this puzzle is worth two points from the get-go.

How can you score 2 points? Be the first to identify the place (relatively easy, I think), the year, (ditto) AND - this is the tough part - identify at least 7 of the 14 persons in this group shot. Among those you identify must be the guy who is sharing his 2-point opinion with his colleagues.

I'm going to be a stickler on this one. If you intend to snarf 2 points, be sure to include all three of the answer components listed above:

The place
The year
The names of 7 of 14 the pictured people, including the guy with the word bubble

Enjoy!  :)

P.S. - links to the the answer will be dealt with swiftly and coldly.   >:D

I'm gonna get laughed at by some pros, because I usually can't tell a DOHC engine from a windmill, but is the 6 in the middle a Jaguar engine?

Is that Fred Offenhauser with the balloon over his head? Are they in his Inglewood, California shop?

You got one part right: that is the place, but, for the points, be sure to include all three of the answer components listed above.
