1969 is the year of this prototipe: I have find only the name I've just write. this unfortuned car (never used in competions), was put in order by Evandro Luis and driven by Aquila and Stanley Ostrower

I had it as 1968 but you're close enough for the point.
It's on my database as an Amato Kinko but I have very few details about it.
Perhaps someone has more information?

It still exists.
I couldn't find the name 'Kinko' in any of the sources.

"Amato / Kinko - prototype built in 1969 by Salvatore Amato, was later sold to Eagle pilots Evandro Luis Ostrower and Stanley. According to Eagle's own account, the car had serious problems with directional stability due to the short wheelbase of .. well, well ... 2.10 meters! So bad, was not even being used in racing."
