Citroën 15 CV ( of the "Rosalie" family ) bodied by french coachbuilder Kelsch in 1933, at the request of the french society Spidoleïne ; the car was nicknamed 15 CV Spido. The pic shows the first appearence of the car - it was later modified. This body was made to establish records on the Monthlery track.

Congratulations, you correctly identified this car.

As I understand my source, this is already "Spido 2" which took the place of the "Spido 1" which had an accident at the eighth day of the record drive.
