Wendax

A truck with somewhat odd proportions.

For one point, please respond and identify this truck, the year it was built and the engine it used.

Ha !  That's the Kaelble Zugmaschine of the Deutsche Bundesbahn.  The first version from 1958 with a BMW engine was named K 651 SF. A second version with a Kaelble engine was made in 1959.  I wonder if K651LF was its right name or just a typo.

Congratulations, it is a Kaelble K 651 SF from 1958 with the BMW petrol V8 car engine. I guess the LF is a typo, because SF stands for Sattelschlepper Frontlenker (semi COE). Another well-earned point for you.

Here is a photo from another perspective. And views under the skirts of the BMW and the Kaelble versions. By the way, the trailer came from Ackermann.
