I think you're right. Does the white rhombus mean, it is being used by the Forces Francaises Libres of General de Gaulle?

About 200 exemplars of the Isobloc W 240 F2 were made for the French air force until 1940. A larger part of these vehicles was later taken over by the Wehrmacht.  I don't know what the white rhombus is, but it looks like the insignia of the Forces françaises libres.

The tapering of the front access panel and the raised flourish of the wheel arches probably identifies this as a 240 or an Isobloc type W 538 FD. Perhaps someone who knows for sure can put this one to bed.

I've awarded the point to Limo for his likely correct identification.
