Some kind of a Fiero styling study?

Otto Puzzell

No, but you're not a million miles from a correct ID, either.

Is this the GM P-Car proposal from 1979 (ish)?

Otto Puzzell

The P-Car was the Pontiac Fiero, wasn't it? This is not a Fiero, nor a Fiero proposal.

SeaLion

Pontiac Firebird?
It is a scale model, and just a mirror model (modelled just one side and placed against a mirror to look like a complete 2-sided car).

That's it. Though it had little chance of entering production, this was a model of a proposed mid-engine Firebird, worked up way back in 1975, when "screaming-chicken" Trans-Am Firebirds were still on the ascent. Here is the mid-engine car with it's chicken unhidden.
