Yes, it is a Skoda from the Thirties.

It seems to be a Škoda 860 from 1931 bodied by Jech.

Being fair, I have to say that I didn't recognize it at first as a Škoda.  But given DeLorean' answer I Google-imaged "Skoda bodywork" and "Skoda karosserie", which led me to the solution, thanks to the Škoda Oldtimer club, where I found a Škoda 860.  A Google Image search on this one brought the answer. Could the point be split in two ?

The question whether it was a Skoda from the thirties was surely helpful, but as I didn't consider it precise enough for granting a lock, it was open to everyone. I understand your Google Image Search as the classic one where you put in "Skoda 860" and get 470.000 pictures to choose from. Nothing wrong in using that, we all do that I guess. You are right, this Skoda 860 Cabriolet de Ville from 1930 was bodied by the coachbuilder J.O.Jech from Prague.
