So, for a point please can you tell me all you can about this car (e.g. who made it, engine, etc.)

I'm impressed Faksta!  Very well done.  It is a Lancia-powered one-off, being raced in Annecy, France, by its creator Marius Dal Bo (of Pygmee racing car fame) in the very early 1950s.
