Quads are not realy my area, but I've searched a bit under 'dragster quad', 'quad bike dragster' and 'drag quad' and I've found the answer: it's a Arctic Cat 1100 Five Wheeler with an 1132cc engine with 230hp. Don't know the exact year, but the article I've found it in dates from 2009 ...
