Title: Solved: Allemano's № 573 - Fiat 1500 (?) by Bonfanti
Post by: Allemano on February 23, 2011, 08:31:34 AM
Please respond below if you know the make and model designation of this car.
That's the obvious part. To gain a point you have to tell me the coachbuilder as well.

If you haven't register (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?action=regcenter;sa=register)ed yet, you'll need to do so in order to reply and to post your own puzzles

Based on a Fiat 1300 or 1800?

Yes. Whether a 1300 or a 1800 I don't know, but that's not that important to solve this puzzle.

The base-car is for sure a Fiat 1300/1500.

As the coachbuilder, I'd say Fissore. Is it?

No, it's not by Fissore.

A quite famous name (like Viotti, for example) or an obscure coachbuilder?

It's getting more and more interesting. When solved, I'd appreciate a lot a bigger picture (if you have it) for my archive.  ;)

Let's guess... Bertona? (not Bertone  ;D)

Yes it is a Fiat 1500 (?) conversion by Bonfanti, one point for you!

Unfortunately I only have this watermarked pic. (a terrible work to remove it in Photoshop :-\...)

Wow! Very interesting. I didn't know Bonfanti was such an old company.
I'll contact them trying to get a picture without watermark.
