1974 Gurgel Itaipu E-150, first shown in the Salão do Automóvel, considered to be the first south american elctric car. It is a mini electric car that was supposed to be produced starting in 1975, costing as much as a VW Fusca (Beetle) 1300.
"A turbo: exhaust gasses go into the turbocharger and spin it, witchcraft happens and you go faster."
