To be fair, the same applies to British club racing specials, US hot rods and custom cars, Brazilian one-offs, East European home-builts, Italian carrozeria, etc

I'm not complaining! It was a good legitimate puzzle! Just one of those impossible ones...
-
I don't mind the impossible ones. It's the "Dammit! I should have recognised/remembered that" ones that hurt. Not that there are many in my case.
-
I´ve found a printed pic of it:
-
I've watched the TV series on DVD last weekend. Hilarious! :D

This Puzzle might be easy for a handful of Puzzlers, but difficult for others! The reason will become more apparent once it has been solved.
So, to gain a point, what was this car called (full name required please).
-
Perhaps an Anadol SL?

Perhaps an Anadol SL?
I’m afraid that it’s not that Turkish delight!

A Fiat 132 with the front end of a VW Passat and not fitting headlights? :)
I am sure I have seen this car before. I just can't remember where.
-
Khodro Paykan? A blend of Fiat 132A, VW Passat front end and Mercedes rear lights and some other parts called the Amalfi CS 1800. During the fun search for this vehicle I also encountered a previous entry on Autopuzzles for this car "Allemano's No 601".

You're on the rights lines, but there's more to it than that...

Yes, this is the 'so called' Amalfi CS. Can you add any more details please to gain the point. Now Locked to you.

Full name: Atlantis Amalfi CS 1800
Year: 1975
Used vehicles to create this odd blend: Fiat 132 for the main structure, VW Passat for the front end, BMW 02 some parts, BMW 5-series parts and Mercedes W114/W115 series taillights.
This blended car was created by the German television production company for the television series PS (which means Horse Power). Apparently to avoid claims from car manufacturers this blend of parts from several manufacturers was used and the imaginary car maker Atlantis was made up.

Now I remember. Yeah, that's right. Well done, @Alfa_Japan 8)
The TV series ran on German television for a few years starting in 1975 and showed everyday life in a German car shop with an authorized workshop in Darmstadt (Federal Republic of Germany).
The Atlantis Amalfi CS 1800 was a typical problem car (in German "Montagsauto", in English "Friday car"), which was always causing trouble and which the buyer Mr. Schmitting could not afford. He was looking for a Fiat 127 as a replacement for his old Mini when he entered the showroom...
There were two exemplars of the Amalfi: In season 1 of the series a light blue demonstration car, which reappeared in season 4 as a used car hand-colored by hippies, and the yellow car of the long-suffering Schmitting family in the color "Securitage Yellow", which is shown in the photo above. The fantasy model, which was built from a Fiat 132 with parts from VW Passat, BMW 02, BMW 5 Series and Mercedes /8, is considered lost.
Wonderful film document, in which many European everyday cars of the 1970s appear and in the intro a few pre-war classics. All 16 episodes can currently be seen on Youtube. Search for: "PS GESCHICHTEN UMS AUTO"

Ouch, this is awkward as you have both got it right! My fault as I should have made a Lock more obvious to Alfa-Japan, but as I'm feeling generous, I will award you both one point. Another unmodified photo of this German 'TV star' car is attached below too.
