One is a boy golf-cart (blue) and one is a girl golf-cart (red) ;)
That would be an extra point for Arunas for the most creative reply for ages, but unfortunately he isn't a Rookie anymore. (http://www.mysmilie.de/midi-smileys/frech/1/0029.gif) (http://www.mysmilie.de/)

These are Chadwick model 300 golf carts
What is "special" about them is that they are essentially BMW Isettas with new bodies on them.
The shift mechanism is slightly different and a couple other minor changes were made to areas like mudflaps and location of the gas tank.
Everything else is pure BMW Isetta underneath.
The Chadwick 300 was made in Pottsville PA
Perfect answer!
