Yes: it's a CMM (coupè), to distinguish it from the SMM "spider Nuvolari".

no problem  is only a game ;D  but I've thought that the name Cisitalia CMM was related to another car: the Savonuzzi's one. but perhaps I'm wrong

Yes, it's also the wonderful Savonuzzi's "aerodinamica". But as I said, the letter "C" was used for closed body and "S" for open. This before the better known 202 Pininfarina, thath was no longer an "MM" and used the letters from A to D for the different series.
