Solved: Allemano's № 675 - Devin (?) bodied Volkswagen by H. Souren

It looks familiar, but I don't think it's that easy...

Please respond below if you know the based make (really easy!) and the builder of this car. (rather difficult!)
My source provides indeed a name for this spider. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think it was really called like that. In this case base and the name of the builder's company is enough for a point!

Correction: my first source presented it in January 1967, it was possibly built in 1966.
