We don't seem to have had this one before... Tell me the make, model year and anything else you know about this little car!

It is a Kleinschnittger F250 I have found the same photo as Kleinschnittger Ilo Twin powered 250 year 1954, but in other sources sais only Kleinschnittger F250 and some sources refers as a prototype.

That's correct, it is the proposed Kleinschnittger 250 from 1954. The car was an attempt to move the Kleinschnittger make slightly more upmarket but the project failed and the company folded. I'm not sure but I think there was a small series of these cars built and sold.
