I guess it is German. Any connections to Lepoix?

Allemano

It is German, but I don't think there's a connection to L.L. Lepoix.

cmetisse

It looks strangely close to the first Ligier voiturette, the JS4 (later with names JS6, JS8, JS10, 330, 430...).

A Dornier Delta prototype ?

Not one of those.

Time for a BIG clue...

Allemano

Let's turn this into a geo-puzzle.

Arunas

Was it made in that city of the clue?

Allemano

The company was resident in this city and I suppose the car was built there, as well.

Is it a still existing company like Böcker?

Arunas

Is it a unique self-built example or was it built in small numbers?

The company once was very successful and famous for quality products. Unfortunatly they couldn't struggle against low prices especially of Asian producers and finally went bust.

....and there's no frog bridge in the city I'm after... ;)

My source reports that this car was the only ever built...

Is the city Munich? I'm getting a Willie Wonka vibe from that picture

No, much smaller than Munich. The partly revealed plate should show you the right direction..

Otto Puzzell

If I knew anything about German license plates it might :D
