Chery Riich M1

Hmmm, did you read my comments? In other words, no, it is not a Chery Riich M1. There are two problems with your latest guess: FAW and Chery are not related. The Riich M1 is not electric.

I know it's not the car, but let me disagree.
1.-  On the first day of EVS25 (25th World Electric Vehicle Symposium and Exposition) held in Shenzhen, the Chinese automaker Chery announced the release of Riich M1 EV in five versions. Chery Releases All-Electric Riich M1, Unveils Four Range-Extended EV Models on 2010.

And  I'm confused with chinese cars and companies. Because it's not clear who's who.

In this chart which you presented, you can see that there are four subsidiaries of FAW. Follow that path...

Now we are getting somewhere, though it is not Xiali.
Xiali branded petrol engined cars are made by FAW Tianjin.

I am sure you can now find this one quite easily
