I've found this Ancienne voiturette TYPE DE VOITURETTE DUPUY HENRI DUPUY CONSTRUCTEUR-MECANICIEN Ile-Bouchard

Yes, that is the one.

Does anyone have more information about this car? I couldn't find it in my books.

From a recent Instagram post:
@Henri Dupuy and his cyclecar. As with many of these pioneering cyclecars little is known about it. Dupuy made his cyclecar (or was it cyclecars?) in L'Île-Bouchard in the Loire Valley, France and used this image as a promotional postcard. It's likely more postcards were made than cyclecars! The time he made it or them is unsure, but likely he was influenced by Bedelia or maybe even influenced them with the tandem seating. Narrow track on the belt driven 'Voiturette Dupuy' and a no doubt tiny motorcycle engine under the long bonnet. Note the headlight also, showing this was a car for day and also night!"
