Then this would be a Kia Frontier, a pick-up version of the Sportage and build between 1996 and 1999. I have an image of it in one of my books, but for some reason I can't find one on the net ... (I have actually never seen another photo of it than the one I have)

I only have it as 'build between 1996 and 1999', so it could be 1996, 1997, 1998 or 1999 ...

Are you sure? Then the info I have is incorrect ....

Well let's see, the Sportage Mk I was produced from 1993 untill the end of 2003 in a fivedoor wagon or a twodoor softtop. In 1996 there was also a longer version of the fivedoor wagon (Sportage Grand). The pick up version, the Frontier, was - according to my information - build between 1996 and 1999. It wasn't a big succes, so they stopped making it in 1999 ....

That's what I have about this car ...

Do you want me to ask every year between 1993 and 2003?

I dont know whether the pickup was produced, but the car pictured is a concept car.

Correct! The car was shown at Frankfurt's IAA 1995.
