There appears to be a lot of gubbins at the front.  Is it front-wheel-drive?

It doesn't look vintage to me, is it modern?

Sorry, been away over the Festive season, so a bit slow with my answers.

So, to catch-up, it is not British, not front-wheel-drive, not a Buffalo, and current.  Hope this helps.

Was this built by an individual or a company?

Was it built in Sweden?

This looks a bit similar but it gets me no closer to solving it.
Just thought I'd brighten things up a bit!

Djetset

Thanks for brightening things up Woodinsight!  ;D  She doesn't look very Swedish though, and neither does the buggy.

Mørkledet Machines - Kim Nielsen
I also found a page that shows similar buggies calling them Nettek project VW Buggy

Djetset

Although he has made a buggy, Kim Nielsen usually builds combine harvesters, so this is not his buggy I'm afraid!  :P

Project F VW Buggy VMax

Djetset

Not from Norway, but further south.  Oguerreron was geographically closer, but it's not a Project F either!
