I have it as Formtech e-1 / eOne Concept. It was(?) shown at Frankfurt, but I have no more info, and I have no idea where did you get this puzzle picture from...

You are right, as this is the German Formtech e-1 concept. Formtech had a stand at the 2011 IAA but the car was not shown at Frankfurt as it only exists as a paper design concept to date. However, I took the photo from a Formtech information brochure. Well done.
