Its a Merstang, Ford Fox platform Mustang with a Mercedes styled front end.

This is the Munich, made by the Munich Motor Works, as well as a number of other USA companies, to convert a 1980s Ford Mustang into a Mercedes-Benz SL look-alike.

Yes, it´s a Munich, point added. I have another name for the maker, California Touring Coach, but the makers change very fast in kit car industry.
