"Industrial Fabrication Inc., a Sudbury-based utility vehicle manufacturer, has introduced a new purpose-built utility truck, the UT99, to tap into the growing demand for reliable, underground personnel carriers.
The new truck, designed and built from the ground up, has an enclosed cab, a 99 horsepower Iveco diesel engine, automatic transmission, enclosed wet disk MICO wet disk brakes and a suspension system.
The vehicle complements Industrial Fabrication's heavier-duty Minecat 100, which was introduced in 2003"

Oops, seems I've mislead a few people by stating it's from USA, whil in fact t's Canadian. Terribly sorry :(
Otto's right, it's a Minecat UT99 from Industrial Fabrication Inc., Ontario. Here goes a point and a long-awaited rest for this puzzle :)
