Another puzzle from me.
Can anyone tell us what this one is?
-
Time to move this one on to the experts.
-
Holden EF Prototype 1965?

Holden EF Prototype 1965?
Yes it is. And thankfully those rear lights never made it into production.
-
I like the tail lights - they remind me those of the '63 Pontiac Tempest.

Actually I'd never noticed the similarity before, but the whole car looks rather like a smaller version of the Pontiac Tempest.
And it's not that I don't like the tail lights themselves, I just don't think they suit the car. But then, that's just my subjectiive opinion, although presumably one shared by GMH, as the the model that went into production had very different lights.

... the model that went into production had very different lights.
! - had never heard of an EF before; and if the '65 production model was in fact the HD ... had nothing much in common at all.
IMHO this looks more like further development of the EH envelope, not the bulking-up we got.
thank you all, i've always wondered about fishermans bend vs. detroit so i love these occasional glimpses here.
