That's the girl!
Pat Longhurst was actually a man, albeit with long hair (and a beard!) so could be discounted.

This puzzle is now officially solved (in three days! - must be a record for a group puzzle?)

Question is - do I post a Part II? It may be a bit harder with a few easy ones thrown in.

It might be a few weeks as it takes a while to scan photos to size and carry out the research.
You may see a Sports Racing Cars Part 2 beforehand if puzzlers would hurry up and solve the first one!
