I haven't locked it for Hugo90 because several people have contributed a few correct observations so far.

Built by the aforementioned Corporal R. se W. De Kock 1969-1970 on a highly modified 1957 Ford Ranchero basis.
He was located at Gwelo, Rhodesia.
