I'm surprised this hasn't been posted before.
It sounds an easy puzzle - but - this one is left-hand drive.
Make, model and more importantly what engine was fitted?

I'm a little confused by your LHD clue... But I'm going to say it is (or looks like) a Falcon MkIII/Caribbean...

woodinsight

It is a Falcon Caribbean, it is LHD but what engine is fitted?

barrett

Not a British engine?

I remember a Falcon with a German engine. Is it DKW underneath?

I think you are right, I remember this one too, though I'm not sure where I've seen it before. The colours are right too.

You've got it!
Yet another point for you.

and the original view (apologies for the poor quality)

Arunas

According to my info, it's (could be) a one-off prototype built by german tuner Dieter Glentzel. Is it true?

Wendax

It's a one-off for sure. But I think it must be Wolf-Dieter Mantzel, because he is a well-known DKW tuning expert and racing driver from the 50s and 60s.

woodinsight

I think you are correct and I'll change the title accordingly - thanks for that.

....and later for horrible Opel Manta tuning kits.

Wendax

I found some information in a book. It is definitely built by Mantzel, based on DKW Junior. It was presented in spring of 1962.
