I guess after those clues you would come up with the correct answer!
Kincraft it is. I believe it's carrying a body from a March.

Only three to go now - outstanding as some of these were quite difficult.

The last three clues now -

#250-5 - Three letters, the first two refer to the type of car and the last refers to it's make of engine. The car is Australian and the last letter is K.

#250-10 - This car is not very obscure, shares its name with a large lake in North America although it is European.

#250-16 - It's French and is based on a car beginning with the letter S.

An additional snippet of information regarding #16
The car is shown as a coupe in the puzzle but it still around today in open two-seater form.

#114
I'm struggling to find any information about #16, other that it is a Simca Huit Barquette (now). I've seen the name 'Barthe' connected to it, is this the answer?

Edit: Seems that might be right - Simca 8 Barqutte constructed in 1951 in Bordeaux by Simca concessionnaire  Lucien Barthe
