Riley 1.5 modified by Peter Kirwin-Taylor. It was his first attempt at car styling... and definitely not one of his best!

Almost spot on - not a Riley but he rest of your answer is correct.

And I should correct the spelling of Kirwin to Kirwan while I'm at it...
