It is of English decent? Possibly based on a Bentley? ? ?

Dang, life was soooo much easier in Rookie-land!
I feel I've landed in a cold, dark place where I'll never get out! :shiver:

Oh, and this car is just beautiful, especially unrestored.

I remember thinking the same after being promoted to the experts section.
Hang in there would be my advice - there are bound to be some puzzles in the pipeline that you will be able to answer with ease.

Anyway, turning to the car in question -
Although the chassis is not British, the coachwork is - well spotted.

This car was on the market a few years ago and I hope that it hasn't been 'over-restored' as so many cars have been over the years.

I feel the same way :( I thought I knew something about cars when I was in Rookie section. Now I realize I have to improve a lot in this game and start studying harder ;)

That's the car Joao.
However, 1927 is not the year I have for this car - very close though.
Also do you have a model type as requested?
LOCKED for you.......

Apologies for the slow reply.
You are almost correct - I have the year as 1928.
Anyway the point is yours.
