1938 Edford, built in Portugal and based on Ford mechanicals.

Well you both gave me a part of the answer and I couldn't lock for either one of you in time.

DeAutogids - Edfor is correct without a year

tonyola - Edford is wrongly spelled but you supplied the correct year and extra information.

To be fair, I'll award you each a point.
