Who can identify this make and the year?
An extra point is on offer for who the young boy next to his mother is.
(he is a well-known person in the automotive industry)

The boy would therefore be David Brown (1904-1993) of the tractor firm family who was eventually to own Aston Martin and Lagonda

Yes it is a Valveless and it is a young David Brown.

One car has been recovered from South Africa and today it is exhibited at the Tolson Museum in the UK
