Michelotti 1962?

I'm not actually sure who did the design, hence that isn't part of the question!
The year is incorrect, that much I do know, but I'm looking for the actual name of the car.

Looking at the car again it might as well be Italian. There are Fiat models from end 50's with same kind of design. So I go for both a Italian base car and coach from let's say 1959

I don't actually know who did the bodywork; it could be Pininfarina, it could be Vignale or it could be one of the more obscure ones.

All I need for the point is what it is, but if someone can come up with clear evidence of who built it I'll award an extra point for that!

@Carnut: PM sent

Thanks for that.
Of course, that makes it a repost (of one of my own puzzles) so since it's quite recent I've merged them.

Sorry guys!

I've found this picture, it was taken in Fiat car dealer in Caracas, Venezuela. It was described as Siata 1400 designed by Michelotti, Fiat mechanicals. They also say that was a one-off

So I wonder if it really was called the Caracas, or if the caption of the picture just referred to where the car was situated!
I'll look into that.
