Can you name the car, model and the year?

Has to be the Renault 4....I'd guess around 1958?

Yes - it seems to have some quite strong similarities to my recent Renault Projet 115 puzzle, which was perhaps Ghia-designed...

Yes, that's correct - it's a Renault 4 prototype of 1959 (not 1958).
I don't know who actually designed it or whether a full size mock-up was ever built.
