A Bentley of some sort?

Not Bentley - much more obscure although the coachbuilder is well-known

Atalanta?
Apologies I missed your and Allemano's posts.
Atalanta it is. Who built the body and what year did it appear?
Locked for you until your next reply

Not many choices for the year I guess. Atalanta appeared in 1937 with a four cylinder Gough engine. In 1938 the Atalanta was powered by the Lincoln Zephyr V12 engine. Production stopped in 1939. The body with its built-in headlights looks rather modern, so I guess 1939. Is the coachbuilder Abbotts of Farnham?

It is by Abbotts of Farnham but the year is 1938. The point is yours. Well done.
