Thank you :) but too much time is passed and I don't have the right mental references to get it right, and don't want to go looking through mags or the www [not fair :)], I'd say 1988, but not too sure about it :)

The year is actually 1985 but as you identified the car correctly and gave the builder's name (which I didn't ask for), I'll give you the point.
I don't know about the majority of members here but I would have thought referring to magazines or the Internet was normal practice.

It's not only usual practice, but the essential part of autopuzzles.com to 'tap' all available sources to unearth and solve old resp. provide new puzzles.  :)

My Dutch source indicates that it debuted in the Sports 2000 class on 27 April 1985 driven by Jaap van Schilfhout.
