That's the car.
I don't know about the name The Tahitian but Chauvel is the name I have it under.
CC de Belbeuf means Course de Cotes de Belbeuf (Belbeuf Hill-Climb).

Oh...just a little sidenote - 'Le Tahitien' is an alias of the photographer, I believe  ;)
